Both tiers are the same website work; the difference is what happens after someone gets in touch. Both first-year totals stay on the card, whichever payment you are looking at.

A bilingual AI receptionist on your business number. It answers, takes messages and booking requests, sends you call summaries and follows up by text. You set a spending cap with us, and usage is reported to you every month. Front Desk requires the Website or Website + Bookings tier.

A two-truck plumbing company in Moncton.

They choose Website + Bookings on Pay as you go: $279 a month, $3,348 in year one, and nothing to pay up front.

They add Front Desk so calls are answered in English and French while the trucks are out: $149 a month plus $10 for the business number.

04 The terms, in plain sight

What you are agreeing to. All of it.

These terms apply to every tier and appear in your proposal before anything is signed or paid.

You own your website, your domain and your content.
Pay as you go is a 12-month term, then month to month.
Build + Care is 50% to start and 50% before launch.
The care plan can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
On exit you receive your files and your domain.
Booking requests are confirmed by you, not by software.
Front Desk usage is capped and reported to you.
No guaranteed rankings, lead volumes or response times.
Prices are in Canadian dollars; taxes (HST, GST or QST) are extra.
English and French are included on every tier.

Which way of paying costs less?

Over a first year, Pay as you go costs less on both tiers: $2,148 against $2,688 on Website, and $3,348 against $4,228 on Website + Bookings. Build + Care costs more in year one and less in every year after it, and it has no 12-month term.

What counts as one of the five pages?

A page with its own address and its own content, such as home, services, about, contact and one more. The same page in English and in French counts once. Extra pages are $150 each, one time.

What happens when the 12 months end?

Pay as you go continues month to month at the same price. Nothing renews for another fixed year automatically.

What if I need more than the included update time?

We quote the extra work before doing it. Unused minutes do not roll over. Extra pages are a fixed $150 each, one time; only redesigns and new functionality are quoted.

How is Front Desk billed?

$149 a month at pilot pricing with 150 minutes included, then $0.45 a minute. The business number is $10 a month. You set a spending cap with us, and you receive alerts and a monthly usage report.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volumes or response times, and we do not filter reviews. Booking requests are confirmed by you, not by software.
